Refund and cancellation policy

Reports are digital and delivered instantly, so purchases are generally non-refundable once the report has been generated.

When we will refund

If you were charged but did not receive your report, or were charged twice, email astravyas@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 81478 99500 with your UPI transaction ID (UTR) within 7 days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.

Wrong birth details

If you entered an incorrect birth time or place, write to us within 48 hours and we will regenerate your report once at no cost.

Delivery

Reports are delivered on screen immediately after payment, with a downloadable PDF. No physical shipping is involved.
